Administers various human resource plans and procedures

Perform on-going Quality Assurance checks on files

Coordinates suspensions including letter activation within systems

Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems

Monitors the performance evaluation program

Develops and maintains affirmative action program

Handles and conducts investigations

Participates in administrative staff meeting

Assists in evaluation of reports

Maintains human resources information system records and maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment
