Human Resources Manager

Our HR Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with our operational partner supporting a designated geographic regions.

HR Manager's duties are:

  • Operational

    • Administers various human resource plans and procedures​

    • Perform on-going Quality Assurance checks on files

    • Coordinates suspensions including letter activation within systems

    • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems

    • Monitors the performance evaluation program 

    • Develops and maintains affirmative action program

    • Handles and conducts investigations 

    • Participates in administrative staff meeting

    • Assists in evaluation of reports

    • Maintains human resources information system records and maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment
