Program Manager

Our program manager is to implement our oversight and supervision for the day to day operations which the manager supervise the employees. Organize, assisting, fielding and ensuring what employees needs to have an evaluation, completing all documentation on time and correctly and maintaining communication with customers' support teams.

Our Program manager's duties are:

  • Maintaining documentation of attendance and services 

  • Providing support to customers to facilitate their community integration or employment pathways experience.

  • Alerting customers' support team of any day to day feedback.

  • Maintaining the health and safety of each customer

  • Planning activities with customers
